TrustMe acceptable use policy

The Dauinvest Limited Liability Partnership (hereinafter referred to as “Company” or “Administration” or “TrustMe”) publishes this Acceptable Use Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”).

This Policy is an official document of the Company and determines the conditions for the permissible use of TrustMe services.

The User undertakes not to violate the terms of regulatory documents and not to assist anyone in violating the rules. The User is not entitled to attempt the following actions when using TrustMe services:

– test, scan or probe the vulnerabilities of any system or network;
– violate or otherwise bypass security and authentication procedures;
– access, interfere with, or use areas or sections not publicly available, including shared areas of the Services for which you do not have authorization;
– interfere with or disrupt the work of any user, computer, or network, for example by sending viruses, overloading, flooding, or spamming;
– send unsolicited messages, promotional offers, or spam;
– send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information, including “spoofing” or “phishing”;
– advertise products or services without appropriate permission;
– use methods to alter the allocated storage limits of the account;
– sell TrustMe products or services without permission, or buy such services from unauthorized sellers;
– publish, share, or store materials depicting child sexual exploitation (including materials that may not be illegal but still promote or depict exploitation of minors), illegal pornography, or other obscene content;
– publish, share, or store materials containing or promoting extreme cruelty or terrorism, including propaganda of terrorism or violent extremism;
– incite hatred, violence, or discrimination against any person or group based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or other characteristics that could lead to systematic discrimination or marginalization;
– harass or attack employees, representatives of the Company, or agents acting on behalf of the Company;
– violate the law in any way, including publishing or distributing fraudulent, defamatory, or intellectual property-infringing content;
– violate someone’s privacy or rights by publishing, sharing, or storing confidential or identifying information without consent, especially to stalk, expose, or harm individuals or use such information for personal gain;
– use the services as a backup or infrastructure for your own cloud services;
– engage in payment fraud, including unauthorized use of credit cards, chargebacks without cause, or obtaining services without paying.

The Company reserves the right to take appropriate measures in response to violations of this Policy, which may include removing content, restricting access, suspending the User's access to services, or terminating the account.
